Travel luggage

At international flights, SunExpress carries 20 to 30 kg of baggage* per passenger in addition to one carry-on item (55 x 40 x 20 cm) weighing up to 6 kg maximum as a free baggage allowance depending on the route.

The baggage allowance per adult and children on flights within Turkey is 15 kg.  Infants do not have baggage allowance. An excess baggage fee of 6.- TL/kg for all domestic routes is charged per flight.

*Please note that for all flight operating on/after 27 October 2013 passengers will be granted a free baggage allowance of 20 kgs per person.


Carry-on luggage

To ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, carry-on luggage in the cabin is limited to a single piece weighing a maximum of 6 kg, whose dimensions may not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm. Please be also aware of the liquid rules. More


Excess Baggage

Excess baggage beyond the free-baggage allowance can be transported at bargain prices by using our excess baggage packets (except sport and special baggage). Here you can find more information about excess baggage and the corresponding fees.


Sports / Special baggage

Please notify our travel center in writing at least 3 working days before departure of any sports equipment that is subject to registration. More

Animals

Please make your special booking for animal transportation as soon as possible, but not later than 3 working days before departure. More


Hazardous goods
