For all additional weight, an excess baggage rate of 10.- Euro per kg for one way is charged in a flight.
Flights within Turkey

The baggage allowance per adult and child between 2 and 12 years old on flights within Turkey is 15 kg. Infants between 0 to 2 years old do not have baggage allowance. An excess baggage fee of 6.- TL/kg for all other domestic routes is charged per flight.
Book excess baggage packets in advance and get bargain prices
At international flights, SunExpress carries 20 kg to 30 of baggage per passenger in addition to one carry-on item (55 x 40 x 20 cm) weighing up to 6 kg maximum as a free baggage allowance depending on the route.
Excess baggage beyond the free-baggage allowance can be transported at bargain prices by using our excess baggage packets (except sport and special baggage). And now, compared with the excess baggage rates at the check-in counters, you can save up to 70%.
Book your excess baggage comfortably online (during the booking process) and don’t miss the savings. You may book 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg packets per person.
By booking additional excess luggage and including the free baggage allowance, you can carry up to 40 kg of baggage at your SunExpress international flights.
Booking excess baggage for already booked flights is only possible if the flight was booked via SunExpress' own reservation system (sunexpress.com, SunExpress Call Center or authorized agencies). The additional booking can be done here or via our travel center.

Important information:
• Booked excess baggage packets are non-refundable and cannot be conferred upon other persons.
• In case the flight reschedules, excess baggage right is transferred to the new flight.
• If your amount of baggage is higher than the free baggage allowance or rather higher than the free baggage allowance and the booked excess baggage, the baggage rates of the airport are valid (min. EUR 10 per kg).
• If your real baggage at the check-in counter weighs less than your booked baggage, the difference is neither refundable nor can it be conferred upon other people.
• Excess baggage cannot be booked for infants under 2 years.
