SunPoints is the passenger advantage program from SunExpress for both its domestic and international passengers except charter flight passengers. Comparable programs are often called frequent flyer programs or customer loyalty programs.

When passengers are enrolled in SunPoints, for every SunExpress flight they take, the purchase price will be credited to their account in points. When accumulated points reach to a certain level, points can be redeemed for an award SunExpress flight.

Details of how to earn points in addition to other advantages will be announced after the official launch of the program which will be in August 2010.

Earning or spending points on hotels, car rentals, other airlines or other companies will be reviewed at later stages of SunPoints program.

Official launch of the program will be in August 2010. However, our passengers who are interested in the program can earn points starting now.

For our passengers who would like to enroll in the program before the official launch date, we are offering two options. They can enroll either by logging to this website or sending text message. For passengers who would like to use the website, we ask them to fill out the brief information form on SunPoints section. As another alternative, passengers can text message SUN to 7786. These passengers will get their invitation along with their welcome points when the program officially starts.

Our 5 in 1 program will be terminated as of August 1st, 2010. After this date, SunPoints program will be at our passengers’ service.

Our 5 in 1 program will be terminated as of August 1^st, 2010. However, unused 5 in 1 points are also valid at SunPoints program. Below you can read details about how to transfer 5 in 1 points to SunPoints program.

1. Passengers will be able to continue accumulating 5 in 1 points and use award tickets until July 31^st, 2010.
2. As of August 1^st, 2010, passengers will not be able to accumulate 5 in 1 points and/or use award tickets.
3. Passengers who can transfer their unused 5 in 1 points to SunPoints program should have flown with SunExpress at least once between February 1^st, 2010 and August 1^st, 2010.
4. 5 in 1 passengers who would like to transfer their unused 5 in 1 points to SunPoints program should enroll in SunPoints program before October 1^st, 2010.
5. Membership of 5 in 1 passengers who enroll after October 1^st, 2010 will be considered as a regular SunPoints membership and their 5 in 1 unused points will not be transferred.
6. Passengers who satisfy the rules above and enroll in SunPoints program will be entitled to getting both 5 in 1 unused points and SunPoints program welcome points.
