Safety regulations for the baggage
In accordance with international regulations, it is prohibited to carry along the following listed dangerous goods,
prohibited articles checked and/or carry-on baggage due to their potential risk on flight safety and security.
Exceptions
- Medicines and cosmetic products may be carried in small quantities.
Portable Electronic Devices (PED - any piece of battery-powered equipment such as cameras, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)
- It is highly recommended to keep all PEDs in the carry-on baggage.
- E-cigarettes, power banks and spare batteries must be carried in the cabin.
If a PED is carried in a checked baggage,
- the PED must be completely turned off (not in “hibernate” or “sleep” modes),
- measures must be taken to protect the PED from damage and to prevent unintentional activation
- and the PED must not be packed together with flammable materials (i.e. deodorants, perfumes). grams (metal) is excluded from transport in general.
A lithium battery or a PED with a lithium ion / metal battery which exceeds 160 Wh (ion) or 8 grams (metal) is excluded from transport in general.
Smart Bag (luggage that contains a battery used to power itself or to recharge other devices):
- If the lithium ion / metal battery is not removable and the battery exceeds 2.7 Wh (ion) or 0.3 grams (metal), the bag is excluded from transport.
- If the lithium ion / metal battery is removable, the bag can be checked in insofar the removed lithium ion / metal battery is carried in the cabin and the battery does not exceed the limits: 160 Wh (ion) or 8 grams (metal).
