For citizens of Turkey over the age of 18, the aforementioned Corona-related health information is included in their HES code which can be obtained from the “Hayat Eve Sığar” mobile application. As of September 6, 2021, the Corona-related health information of our guests who are citizens of Turkey is checked during check-in via their HES code. Please have your HES code ready to present it to our staff during check-in.
We kindly ask you to ensure that you have the latest version of the HES application installed on your device and allow the transfer of your health data (vaccination/immunity or test result status) to us as your airline on your application settings via “HES Kod Ayarları”. The mobile application is available only in Turkish.
Important: This does not eliminate the mandatory entry of the HES code at the time of booking, which is required to complete your booking for our domestic flights.
