In case of a delay, you’ll receive goodwill payment and benefit from priority baggage delivery. BaggageSecure is an optional service designed to give you extra reassurance —without changing our strong commitment to timely baggage delivery.
Priority baggage delivery is included.
Example 1: Two passengers are traveling under the same PNR. One passenger has two checked-in bags; the other has none.
Example 2: Two passengers are traveling, and each has checked-in baggage under their own name.

- All passengers on a PNR must purchase the SSR.
- Goodwill payment applies per passenger, not per bag.
- Payment is only for delayed bags checked in under the passenger’s name, regardless of the total number of bags or passengers
- Only for delayed luggage, not damaged bags.
- Issued only if baggage fails to arrive entirely
- Priority delivery on the baggage belt is not covered by the goodwill payment.
- This is not a compensation or insurance product offered for customer satisfaction.
The passengers are not entitled to goodwill payments in case of:
- Aircraft departure or arrival delays
- Delays in baggage delivery at the airport
- Diversions of the aircraft from the expected route
- Baggage offload due to security and safety reasons
The product is available on all routes except:
- In case of ticket rebooking, the corresponding SSR shall be rebooked in accordance with the above conditions and in accordance with other baggage terms and conditions free of charge.
- If the rebooking is to a route on which the product is not offered, refund provided.
- In case of voluntary ticket cancellation, no refund will be paid.
All other terms and conditions of carriage remain in effect.
