- Severely disabled passengers and one accompanying person can reserve seats free of charge through our Customer Service Centre.
- Passengers with reduced mobility can select window seats (A/F) (except emergency exit rows) in advance; other seats can be assigned at check-in at the airport.
- Seats in the first row may not be occupied by passengers with pets in the cabin or passengers who require an oxygen cylinder during the flight.
- Seats in the emergency exit row may only be occupied by passengers aged 14 and above who are physically fit, not pregnant, not travelling with pets, have no mobility restrictions and can understand the safety instructions in Turkish or English.
- Passengers with reduced mobility or wheelchair users should contact our customer service at least 48 hours before departure.
- Passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility are defined as follows:
- Passenger with walking difficulties
- Passenger with severe walking difficulties
- Passenger unable to walk
- BLIND: Visually impaired passenger.
- DEAF: Passenger with hearing impairment.
- DEAF/MUTE: Passenger who is deaf and mute.
- DPNA: Passenger with mental disability or developmental delay, e.g. passengers with learning difficulties, senility, Alzheimer's, Down syndrome and other disabilities.
- SunExpress may reassign seats if necessary. If you were unable to take your pre-reserved seat, please submit a complaint using our contact form.
- Seat reservations are non-refundable, except in cases of involuntary changes (e.g. aircraft change, flight cancellation or unusable seat).
- Refunds are not possible for passenger requests such as ticket changes or no-shows.
