FAQs

- You can book SunFlex 3 only while purchasing your flight. Retrospective booking is not possible. 

- You can add SunFlex 3 during your booking at: 

            - sunexpress.com: Select SunFlex 3 in the third booking step (“Extras”) and add it directly to your reservation. 
            - Our Customer Service Center
            - Our ticket desks
            - Your travel agency 

- With SunFlex 3, you can make one free rebooking up to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

   For example: If your flight is scheduled for 01.12.2025, the latest day to rebook is 28.11.2025. 

- SunFlex includes a one-time booking change without an additional rebooking fee. 

- SunFlex 3 should be booked no later than 72 hours prior to departure.  

- Changing the flight is possible for free (without change fees) once up to 3 days prior to the departure of the booked flight to another date. 

- If the flight on the new date is more expensive than the original flight, the price difference will be charged. 

- You can change your existing booking in the same channel where you originally booked your SunExpress flight: 

         - at sunexpress.com under 'My Bookings'
         - via our Customer Service Center
         - at our ticket desks
         - or via your travel agency.

- SunFlex 3 does not include free cancellation. 
  If you choose to cancel your booking, the standard cancellation terms and conditions apply, and the SunFlex 3 fee is non-refundable.
