FAQs
Our renewed loyalty program is designed to give you more value and flexibility. The previous “Fly 10 times and get 1 free” model has been replaced with a Points-based system, where you earn 1 Point for every € spent. You now also collect Points for extras such as seat reservations and baggage, helping you build rewards faster. In addition, the program brings personalized offers and exclusive rewards to make your travel experience even more rewarding.
Anyone aged 2 years and above, permanently domiciled in a country where the program is offered and permitted by law, can register. For members under 16 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required. Membership is personal and not valid for companies, legal entities, or sole trader enterprises.
Members can reach three-tier levels based on their flight activity in the last 18 months:
- Welcome Tier: Less than 4 flights → Earn 1 Point per € on additional services and bundles.
- Silver Tier: 4 to 10 flights → Earn 1.5 Points per € on additional services and bundles.
- Gold Tier: 10 or more flights → Earn 1.75 Points per € on additional services and bundles.
Tier benefits remain valid for 18 months after the qualifying flight date.
You earn 1 Point per € spent (or equivalent in local currency) on flights, including airfare, taxes, surcharges, and additional services. If you pay in another currency, the amount will be converted into Euros using the Central Bank of Türkiye’s exchange rate valid on the day of purchase.
Points cannot be earned in the following cases:
- Flights completed more than 90 days before joining SunExpress your benefits
- Name on booking does not match the registered member name
- Flight is cancelled or not boarded
- Loyalty ID number is missing from the booking (PNR)
Points are usually credited automatically after each flight. If you notice any missing Points, you can request them retroactively within three months of your flight date. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the 'Retro Claim' menu and follow the provided instructions. Once submitted, missing Points are usually credited within 72 hours of validation.
Yes. For each one-way flight booked through a tour operator or travel agency, you earn 100 Points as a basic reward.
You can redeem your Points at any time for any flight and in any class available on the SunExpress website.
- Automatic deduction: Points are automatically applied by deducting their Euro equivalent from your total basket value.
- Partial payment (Points + Cash): If your Point balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay part of it with Points and the rest with another payment method.
- Redemption order: When using Points + Cash, the deduction is applied first to the flight fare and then to additional services (extras/SSR).
- Basket coverage: Points can also be redeemed for taxes and fees.
- Conversion rate: 1 Point = €0.01.
