Declaration of consent

I accept and declare that all kinds of personal data pertaining to me and kept within SunExpress are subject to the Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, German Local Laws and European Union General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation, Güneş Ekspres Havacılık A.Ş. and SunExpress Deutschland GmbH (together referred to “SunExpress” and/or “Company”) has informed me fully and explicitly about my rights within the scope of the said law and other legislation.

The personal data pertaining to me is processed and stored by SunExpress for purposes of ticket sales, provision of additional services, performing reservation and check-in processes and is transferred to relevant public institutions and organizations in Turkey or abroad if required by business processes or the legislation and to third party individuals and entities, service provider companies, agencies and SunExpress partners and affiliates due to contractual requirements.

This letter of consent contains my explicit consent regarding the processing and storing of my personal data and private personal data for purposes of fulfilling the necessities of the contracts we will conclude/have concluded in order to be able to provide passenger transportation services and furthermore, the processing of all my personal data for purposes of making flight offers, advantageous flight change offers and other promotional offers within the scope of marketing activities, contacting you to offer you to participate in customer satisfaction surveys and market research (by email or phone) and to analyse those surveys and research, transfer to individuals and institutions in third party status, service provider companies, agencies and SunExpress partners and affiliates due to contractual requirements.

This letter of consent containing my explicit consent regarding the aforementioned legislation has been accepted by me on my own free will without any oppression.
