For payments made via Bank Transfer/EFT, the payment information must be submitted using the buttons on the group request screen:
“Prepayment Made” or “Remaining Payment Made”.
Once the payment is approved by the relevant department, it must be uploaded to the group request by you.
If you are not an authorized agency:

Please confirm your payment via the link sent to you by email and send the transfer receipt within the option period to:

Again, make sure to include GQxxxxxx and PNR: xxxxxxx in the reference field. Failure to add payment to the PNR within the option period gives SunExpress the right to cancel the reservation with penalty.
⚠️ If payment is made via bank transfer and will be uploaded using the Agency Credit option, the transfer must be completed in advance to ensure it can be processed within the PNR option period.

Cancellation Conditions

| Free Cancellation after deposit | Up to 30 days before the flight, cancellations for up to 20% of the total passenger count can be made once free of charge. Passenger count must not fall below 10 (or 8 for golf groups). If this right is used, no further cancellations are allowed after full payment. If passenger reduction is used and the group is later fully canceled, the refunded amount must be returned to SunExpress by the agency. |
| Free of charge cancellation after full payment | After the final payment, the number of group members may be reduced only once, by a maximum of 10%, up to 5 days before departure. However, the total number of passengers cannot fall below 10 (or 8 for golf groups). If the cancellation right has already been used after the prepayment, it cannot be used again after the final payment. |
| 20% of the total amount | If the group is fully canceled after prepayment or the remaining payment is not made, 20% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No free cancellation applies in this case. |

Flight Changes
For groups with prepayment made and more than 30 days until the flight, a one-time change of date and/or route is allowed depending on availability.
Change fee:
In the case of a flight change, a class difference fee applies. If the new fare is lower than the original, no refund will be provided.
No changes are allowed after full payment.
Flights originally scheduled for the last month of an IATA season and operated in the first month of the following season will be considered as part of the same season for schedule and fare application purposes and may not be changed to a different season.
Name Entry / Name Changes
Authorized agencies must enter or change passenger names in the reservation system no later than 72 hours before the flight. For non-agency users, the deadline for submitting the name list will be communicated via email after full payment.
PNRs must not contain missing names. If a name is missing, enter NO/NAME. No electronic tickets can be issued if any name is missing.
Additional Service Requests
Authorized agencies can perform additional reservation actions such as extra seats, excess baggage, or sports equipment after the PNR is created via their own reservation systems.
For SunExpert B2B Reservation System agencies, adding infants or changing passenger types must be done within the PNR. Individual passengers (non-agency) must send such requests via email before the remaining payment is made.
For additional services that cannot be purchased through the system, you can contact the SunExpress Call Center at 444 07 97.
💡 For golf package additions: If the golf package includes a free seat, it must be added during the package selection. Otherwise, the payment step cannot be completed.

Additional Passenger Policy
At least 3 additional passengers can be added to the group based on the current fare. These passengers must be paid in full, are not included in the passenger reduction calculation, and are not eligible for the 20% or 10% cancellation rights.

General Conditions
To qualify as a group reservation, at least 10 (ten) passengers must travel together on the same route and date.
Exceptionally, golf groups may request with 8 (eight) passengers.
However, in such cases, the group request must initially be created based on 10 passengers, and once the offer is received, while confirming the offer, it must be stated via email to INT gruppen@sunexpress.com and TR groupsales@sunexpress.com that the group consists of 8 passengers.

Offer Validity
Your group offer is presented with a fare validity period.
The validity period may vary depending on your flight date and availability.
If the offer is accepted, the payment option periods listed below will apply.
If the offer is not accepted, it will expire, and any new request for the same flights may result in a different price offer.
SunExpress Airlines reserves the right to determine the number of seats that can be confirmed based on flight availability.
Group Reservation Prices
Group reservation prices are offered based on current Turkish Lira (TRY) pricing for a minimum of 10 (ten) passengers.
Offers provided as round-trip cannot be used as one-way; one-way requests may result in different pricing.
The stated fare includes airport taxes and fuel surcharges. These reflect the total amount payable to SunExpress Airlines.
Any changes in airport taxes or fuel surcharges will automatically apply to group reservations that have not yet been ticketed.
Group offers include 15 kg of checked baggage and 8 kg of cabin baggage for all domestic flights.
