According to the ticket rules, you can easily change your flight ticket or make a refund request on our website or via SunExpress mobile app under the “My Reservations” section.
If you have booked your ticket through a travel agency or tour operator, we kindly ask you to contact your agency representative or tour operator to get information about your flight or to make changes/cancellations.
