Important information:
- Please ensure that after checking in online for a flight from the following airports, you collect a printed boarding pass at the airport check-in counter: Plovdiv (PDV), Tiflis (TBS), Erbil (EBL), Beirut (BEY), Skopje (SKP), Dubai (DXB) and Dubai World Jebel Ali (DWC)
- Digital boarding passes can be used at all other airports in our network at which Online Check-in is available.
- If you are a resident of Turkey, please use your passport and not your ID card to check in online for an international flight.
- Please note that Online Check-in is not available for guests requiring special assistance, guests traveling with a pet in the cabin, and unaccompanied minors (UM).
