  • You do not need to reconfirm your flight booking the day before departure. The email confirmation you received is sufficient.
  • Kindly note that we do not handle any requests by post or e-mail. For urgent matters, please call our Customer Service Center directly.

Emergency contact

In accordance with EU law (Art. 20 Par.3 Regulation (EU) No. 996/2010), passengers have the right to provide SunExpress a contact person, including their name, address and telephone number, who is to be informed in the event of an accident or incident involving your aircraft. None of the details you provide will be passed on to third parties or evaluated for commercial purposes.

In order to name a contact person for a current booking, please contact the Customer Service Center or the travel agency that made your booking.
